Welcome to the new Papamoa Snap Fitness website.

We are located at Fashion Island, 34 Gravatt Road, Bay of Plenty. Our opening hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

In addition to the world class facilities is a team of qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated to ensure you reach your fitness goals. Group Fitness classes and outdoor bootcamps are also available. Papamoa Snap Fitness really has something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or your age.

  • Spin Cycle

    Spin Class is  . . . . An exciting indoor cycling class!! Get ready to sweat! 

  • Bootcamp

    Bootcamp is . . . 1hr full of cardio and resistance training guaranteed to make you sweat!

  • Variation Training

    Variation Training is . . . Suitable for all. A variety of training including; Resistance, Cardio, Interval, Speed & Agility to name a few.

  • Small Group Training

    Train with a small group of friends or meet new members and enjoy achieving your fitness goals together. Small Group Training is great physically and socially.

  • Abs Blast

    Abs Blast is . . . Smash your Abs, Butt & Thighs in this full on 30min session

  • Abs, Butt and Thighs (A.B.T)

    Get Ready to work! Abs, Butt and Thighs is an exciting fitness class that focuses on those areas!!

  • Tabata

    Tabata is . . . still the number 1 way to smash fat fast and increase your fitness level! A popular favourite and a fun environment.

  • Stretch and Mobility

    Learn how to stretch properly, when to, when not to and what to stretch. Appropriate stretching can assist with suppleness, strength and mobility. Come and learn how to stretch and mobilise your joints safely and effectively.

  • Kettlebells

    Unlike dumbells, the kettlebell's centre of mass is extended beyond the hand which facilitates ballistic and swinging movements. Kettlebell training is very effective for strength and power training, it will test you! To learn how to use Kettlebells safely and effectively, jump into one of our Small Group Sessions.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is . . . A structured workout included controlled breathing , stretching and relaxation - you will build strength and flexablility as you go!

  • Circuit

     This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and push you to your limits. Stations may include body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls etc.

  • Yoga

    Yoga is now available at selected Snap Fitness clubs.
