Snap Fitness Rolleston is a 24 hour, 7 days a week gym, open since July 2014!

We provide you with state of the art training equipment.Our cardio machines allow you to listen to your own music or watch tv on your own personalized screen while you workout. We also offer a range of machine, free, plate and cable weights to help towards your training.

We also offer Fitness on Demand Classes, these are virtual classes, free as part of your membership. You can do these at any time all from the touch of a button and there are lots of options to choose from!

Our awesome team of qualified Personal Trainers are here to work with you and motivate you to ensure you reach your health and fitness goals. They also provide you with a FREE workout plan to help get you started on your journey!

  • Abs Blast

    Smash your Abs, Butt & Thighs in this full on 30min session

  • Pilates

    A structured workout included controlled breathing , stretching and relaxation - you will build strength and flexibility as you go.

  • Abs, Butt and Thighs (A.B.T)

    Get Ready to work! Abs, Butt and Thighs is an exciting fitness class that focuses on those areas.

  • Tabata

    The number 1 way to blast fat fast and increase your fitness level! A popular favourite and a fun environment.

  • Kettlebells

    Unlike dumbells, the kettlebell's centre of mass is extended beyond the hand which facilitates ballistic and swinging movements. Kettlebell training is very effective for strength and power training, it will test you! To learn how to use Kettlebells safely and effectively, jump into one of our Small Group Sessions.

  • Stretch and Mobility

    Learn how to stretch properly, when to, when not to and what to stretch. Appropriate stretching can assist with suppleness, strength and mobility. Come and learn how to stretch and mobilise your joints safely and effectively.

  • Spin Cycle

    An exciting indoor cycling class!! Get ready to sweat! 

  • Bootcamp

    1hr full of cardio and resistance training guaranteed to make you sweat!

  • Circuit

    This challenging class provides a great workout as you move through a series of stations designed to elevate your heart rate and push you to your limits. Stations may include body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls etc.

  • H.I.I.T

    High intensity interval training to get that metabolism working and burn fat fast

  • Boxing

    A cardiovascular activity that will work out your whole body. 

  • Yoga

    Increase your Endurance, Strength and Flexibility 

  • TRX

    The original suspension training system. It will give you one of the best all over body workouts because you'll be engaging many large and small muscle groups to fight gravity! There are 100's of movements, and with simple adjustments TRX can accommodate absolute beginners through to elite athletes.
