Royal Oak opened on the 30th November 2013. We’re open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so you can work out when it’s convenient for you. When you join Snap Fitness Royal Oak, you belong to all Snap Fitness gyms. No matter where you travel, stop in for a workout. Experience first-hand what it feels like to belong to a health club where you are in control of your times. No Lock in Contracts. We earn your membership every month, we don’t require it. We have a full state-of-art cardio theatre, awesome range of free weights and the best Matrix selectorised strength equipment. If you want extra help, we have REPs registered Personal Trainers that will design you a personal program tailored to your own goals. Fast track your results with one-on-one personal training. Change things up and join in with Fitness on Demand Group Fitness. This innovative system brings you the
best group fitness classes, led by the industry's best instructors, ready to go
whenever you are! With just a touch of a button, you can choose from a number of
fun, exciting, heart-pumping exercise classes like kickboxing, Latin dance,
cycling, and many more. With Fitness On Demand, you choose your preferred
class and it will automatically start. You now have the flexibility to

    Blast your way to fitness with your friends and have fun at the same time. This class combines boxing and exercise. high energy and lots of fun for all fitness levels

  • Variation Training

    Suitable for all. A variety of training including; Resistance, Cardio, Interval, Speed & Agility to name a few.

  • Tabata

    The number 1 way to smash fat fast and increase your fitness level! A popular favourite and a fun environment.

  • Women On Weights (WOW)

    Strictly female only weight class designed to empower women to benefit from strength training, and become comfortable in the weight s area. pink towels are used to reserve benches, equipment etc

  • Small Group Training

    Train with a small group of friends or meet new members and enjoy achieving your fitness goals together. Small Group Training is great physically and socially.

  • TRX

    The original Suspension training system. It will give you one of the best all over body workouts because you'll be engaging many large and small muscle groups to fight gravity! There are 100's of movements, and with simple adjustments TRX can accommodate absolute beginners through to elite athletes.

  • Stretch and Mobility

    Learn how to stretch properly, when to, when not to and what to stretch. Appropriate stretching can assist with suppleness, strength and mobility. Come and learn how to stretch and mobilise your joints safely and effectively.

  • Kettlebells

    Unlike dumbells, the kettlebell's centre of mass is extended beyond the hand which facilitates ballistic and swinging movements. Kettlebell training is very effective for strength and power training, it will test you! To learn how to use Kettlebells safely and effectively, jump into one of our Small Group Sessions.
